Could be me

Well not exactly.
My daughter looks nothing like me (as Demi Moore once said about one of her daughters "She is her father in a dress") but the hairstyle is the same one we all sported when I was her age.
All fashions eventually repeat. In my younger years this was called a 'dolly' haircut..they don't have a name for it in its present incarnation.
I wanted this to have a bit of a feel of an old photo booth photo , which would call for black and white, but then I did'nt like the black and white so I changed it. I still like the feel though.
