Hello Lisa. I like how she looks to the left, with no "looking room" for her to see. It usually isn't the way to frame, but you used it very well, I think. Makes you wonder what she thinks of.
Also, I like the B&W a lot (ie: with lot of contrast).
But I also have a question for you : what motivation made you focus on the plant rather than on the girl?

@Vincent: Thank you kindly Vincent. It is usually something that aggravates me when I see no 'looking room' but as you say, it is allright in this photo. I focused on the plant simply through wanting to do something different. As she is my daughter I had unlimited time so I had already taken lots of photos with her in focus, not in this exact pose alas but they are also good.
